Registered Applicants for Bahria Town Icon (Sharah-e-Firdousi), Opal 225 (Opposite Avari Towers Hotel), Hoshang Pearl (Adjacent Karachi Club) and Bahria Town Tower (Tariq Road) are entitled to the booking of Commercial Plots, Apartments and Houses. They will also be entitled to a adjustment/ discount* of uptoRs. 500,000* as per their originally registered project. However, this is only an additional option provided to them. In case they do not apply they will be entitled to apply for their original registered projects.
It is mandatory to submit Original Registration Form, Original Registration Transfer Certificate or Original Registration Open Certificate with the Booking Form. On single registration only one booking form can be submitted for Residential Plot, Commercial Plot, Bahria Homes and Bahria Apartments. Successful applicants will be selected through a transparent computerized balloting.
At the time of project launch only registered members can apply for booking.
