Yes. The Bahria Town Maintenance and Resident Support Department is dedicated to upkeep and add further value to the existing infrastructure. This service is provided on a non-profit basis for all the projects.


One call to fulfill your domestic maintenance requests! The Bahria Town Maintenance and Resident Support Department provides the resident home maintenance services for all the regular requests like plumbing, carpentering, wood working, electrical and gas servicing. This service is provided on cost basis.


Operating on non-profit basis, all the services provided will be charged on a monthly basis, at actual cost.


As per the government regulations, clients are responsible for the connection of all such utilities on their plot.


The property can only be used for the purpose applied for. A residential property may not be used for commercial and vice versa. It is all for the convenience of the residents and commercial setups alike.


All Bahria Town properties are available to the expatriates. However we do offer a few exclusive projects for the expatriates only. These projects include Overseas Enclave and Canal View Residency.

Yes there are certain regulations to assure a neat fit amongst various housing units and to allow a fair distribution of the natural light & wind circulation. We call it “Community Friendly Design” control. The respective government regulations are also applicable relating to safety and height control.

A delay fee is charged until the payment is made. The fee is calculated from the last due date for the payment. Kindly refer to the inverse of your application form for the complete rules and regulations for the respective projects.


The only acceptable modes of payment are demand draft, pay order or wire transfer.
For wire transfers, currency conversions to/from Pak Rupees can only be confirmed at the rates prevailing on the day on which the monies are credited / debited to our relevant bank account.
Bahria Town does not accept payment on cash.
Please note that all bank charges and fees are paid by the customer.
